Hey everyone,
Welcome to a fresh Cowabunga Corner News. This episode is covering the new Exhibit at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis called “Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles : Secrets of the Sewers”. This exhibit brings you into the Turtles lair from the Nickelodeon series. It has games, activities, trivia and awesome displays. In this, I was allowed to interview Charity Counts, the person behind the “Secrets of the Sewers” exhibit!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toys are selling off the shelves as new toys are coming out all the time based on the new Nickelodeon series. I got the chance to sit down with Pat from Playmates Toys and talk to him about the 2013 line of TMNT action figures. In this talk I ask him about the sizes of toys, the missing joints of characters and even what toy lines are to come? Movie Toys? IDW Series? New Playsets? A lot is covered in this interview!

There are few people in the entertainment industry which can say they’ve worked on more than one media of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Those who have been able to put this upon their resume, usually have a bit of a gap between their work.

It’s been a very rough ride lately for my family from one health issue to another. I am sorry that I have taken such a long break from Cowabunga Corner, though family does come first. I am back and going to work on stories now at least three times a week till things are back up to full swing at my household. With episode reviews, toy reviews, and comic reviews starting back up now. Let’s not do this come back small! We’re going straight into an interview with Ciro Nieli done before Season 2 started on Nickelodeon!

Bobby Curnow is the chief editor of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comics at IDW Publishing. He handles the ongoing IDW series, micro series and the Nickelodeon series. Keeping these stories straight so that we can enjoy them. As a big fan of the IDW series it was a lot of fun to sit down and talk with Bobby about his work on Ninja Turtles. Check out this video for a fantastic interview.
