New York City holds one of my favorite conventions, an event that brings friends, guests and entertainment all together in one of the best cities to visit.  And for us Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans they’ve been hosting a great panel for us all to enjoy.  Here is the 2014 NYC Comic Con TMNT Panel.

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that has been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is when I first met Greg Cipes and Ciro Nieli.

Power Con 2013 was a wonderful event for fans of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  With guests ranging from the original cartoon series to the Nickelodeon series.  There was a little something for everyone.  The Cowabunga Corner crew worked hard to cover every area of TMNT at Power Con.  Here is our video of the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles Nickelodeon panel.

Fandom is a very tricky thing.  Some fans are happy with just enjoying their world around them, other fans feel they need to compete with their fellow fans and a lot of fans want to reach out and do something great for the fandom.  Sometimes fans can make such a huge impact their names and faces are known all around, while many great fans do wonderful things for the fandom without receiving the credit they deserve.  The one thing I can truly say about this, it’s not easy being a fan who wants to do stuff for the fandom.  When someone does make that step, and watch things happen around them they can get lost in everything and not even realize all they did till the time has blo

New York City Comic Con is doing a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle panel each year for the new Nickelodeon series.  Very fun panels worth going to.  As I mentioned in the New York City Comic Con review I want to share this panel with everyone.  Which brings us to my review of the TMNT panel with a wonderful set of guests on stage.

Monday was a full day of running around, meeting new companies that plan to bring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles products out for us fans.  With amazing stuff from Talking Pillows to Kidrobot toys!  Choosing a favorite has to go to the one that got me the most excited at first sight.  That is to a company that kept their Turtle stuff hidden in the booth where I did not even see them the other times I passed by this booth.  Underground Toys.

There are some areas in history that gets overlooked too often.  The people who put together everything we enjoy that don’t get credit.  That are often not mentioned.  People with skills brought in to do the work and few learn their names.  To those I tip my hat.  This is why Cowabunga Corner has the goal to make sure we can talk with anyone and everyone who’s worked on Ninja Turtles from the artist, voices, producers, stunts, actors and more.  Our goal is credit to all the amazing people that made TMNT through these years be as awesome as it is.  Even if we miss out on meeting someone, we still want to take time out for them.  This is in memory of an artist whose name was no

Everyone now and then, there are different events that I go too because of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle connections.  On October 21st, I went to a Yu-Gi-Oh event in Rhode Island.  I went this event to support Dan Green, a voice actor who've gone through a rough time last year when he lost his wife.  Some of the voice actors from Yu-Gi-Oh got together to do this event to help raise money to help Dan, and this was not an event I could miss out on.  The biggest surprise about this event was that the panels and autograph sessions were free to the public, only asking for donations to help Dan.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Heroes in a half shell, Turtle power!   Saturday September 29th, 2012 the NEW Nickelodeon TMNT show did an hour long showing with two episodes from the new series.  And if you knew about it, there was a sneak peek of that first episode on Friday September 28th.  What an awesome time for TMNT fan, and one crazy adventure for me to just try and see the new series.  Let me tell you my story...
