Kodak Moment #46

I got hundreds to thousands of photos through my life.  A lot of which would match up to stories here on Cowabunga Corner, but for one reason or another they are not chosen.  This does not mean that these photos are not worth sharing and do not hold stories of their own.  I would like to keep sharing what I can here on the site, so whenever I can I will share a photo and a story to go along with the photo.  If it’s a part of events that has been shared here, we will link back to the stories of the events themselves as well.  Hope everyone enjoys.  Today’s photo is Frodo and I.

Review: TMNT Pillow Pets Nightlight Mikey

A lot of really cool items have been coming out for Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans, so when something comes out with our classic TMNT as the focus point some of us old school fans get really excited.  Which is why I really do love this Pillow Pet Nightlight of Classic Michaelangelo.  Check out the video for my full review.

Review: IDW Micro Series Villains Hob

In the first issue of IDW's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles we learned of a new villain. This mutant cat who was out to destroy the Turtles. He hated them, and had some history with the Turtles. Though the question often rises why this cat is as bad as he was. Now IDW is sharing with us their Villian Micro Series helping wrapping up some of the questions. This month's TMNT Micro Series issue is all about Old Hob.

Loving Memory of Toby

In Memory of Sassy

Family is a big part of my life, from my blood relatives to friends, and pets.  With pets I’ve always had them around as long as I can remember.  Cats and dogs have been in my family.  I’ve heard the tales of the pets before my memories, though it’s the ones that have taken part in my life that I do recall which I want to share the memories of.   So from time to time I’ll come on here to share a story of someone who touched my life, from dogs, cats, birds and even chipmunks.  Right now I want to share 15 years of the life of a dog named Sassy.

Movie Review: Rio

Endangered birds, last of their kind, are brought together to mate and save their race.  Though there’s some people out to get the birds for the money they’ll bring in.  Can the birds get away from the threat and learn to love each other?  That’s what the movie Rio is about.
