San D Comic Con

Review: Comic Con International 2013

I would like to think that I have going to conventions down to an art form.  I’ve been one of the kids who grew up upon convention floors, running through Sifi, horror, comics, and anime cons.  I’ve done cosplay, panels, sold, shop, worked, and so much more.  Conventions is a high light that is to be enjoyed, an event where people who have a common interest can come together to embrace what makes them happy.  Though here comes Comic Con International.  The largest of the events I go too and one of the hardest one for me to get through.  With overnight camping, long lines, huge crowds, and cattle herding security.  This is my fifth time going to Comic Con International and I still need to find away to where I can handle this event to enjoy, instead of feeling like I’m always on the run.  Here is my review of San Diego Comic Con International 2013.

TMNT IDW ASHCAN : Review

The story is by Kevin Eastman, something we didn’t expect to be seeing again with the Ninja Turtles.  Very exciting for all of us fans.  The script is writen by Tom Waltz with layouts by Kevin Eastman and the final artwork by Dan Duncan.  Ronda Pattison is the colorist.

San D Comic Con International 2011 Review

Comic Con International is one of the largest Conventions in the United States and is held every year in San Diego, CA.  This event holds panels for movies, tv shows, comics, toys and so much more. Truly a world wide event for entertainment which brings in people from all around  trying to meet the stars, get autographs or buy that rare comic con exclusive toy.  Comic Con International 2011 went strong and Cowabunga Corner was there to cover it.

Movie Review: Paul

Aliens, something people have thought about and declared to see for decades now.  There’s talk of strange sightings in the sky, people who swear they’ve been taken, those who’ve said they witness crashes and so much more.  So many alien stories.  Though a lot of them lead back to the idea that “Aliens are being held at Area 51”.  For TMNT fans, we’ve had this mentioned before as well. Readers of the Archie Ninja Turtle comics would remember that there was a full adventure based on this, and viewers of the 4Kids series would know that Season 4 brought Area 51 into the picture where Bishop was stationed.
